Lovers

His love is fiery,
Full of passion and affection.
So much, that he tends
To protect her just
With it’s light and energy.
She gets lost
In his love,
Deep and deeper.
To an extremity where
He himself couldn’t find her.
He couldn’t stand
Without slightest of her
Glance, couldn’t afford
To lose her in love
Of his own.
With mere regret
Yet a hope to see her
Again, he leaves
The sky with sorrow.
And the moment he
leaves it all,
She finds herself.
They say that she is
Charming and Pretty,
Much better than the lover
Of hers.
She shines and
Beautifies the sky
With her glory.
Fewer did she knew,
At a distance he stands
Admiring her.
His love, like a wave
Now transmits to her.
In the same sky they do live
But could not cross
The path of another
For the sun melts every day
To let his beloved moon shine.
What the world sees
As a glowing ball of
Silver sparkle, lightning
The dark night sky,
Is just reflection
Of a pure love
That exists between
True souls.
Perhaps, they are just
Two lovers who despite
Of their desperate desires,
Couldn’t meet each other.
